: The location was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and were always ready to help. The hotel is located close enough to the action to be able to do things and enjoy the centre without worrying about how long it may take to get home, though it is also in a quieter part of the centre which makes going to sleep good.
: I didn't like the size of the rooms, it was quite cramped even for only one person staying there. There were larger rooms available and I would recommend these for couples, although the standard double bed room is adequate if you're not going to spend much time in the room or want to spend the money elsewhere. The shower was annoying as it was "open" with no door to stop the water from going all through the bathroom, which meant that every shower was proceeded by drying the floor with a towel. There was also construction going on right behind my room which made it very noisy, which was particularly annoying when I was sick for a few days and was trying to rest. I imagine this wouldn't be an issue for future visitors as the construction would be over.

: Room seemed a bit dated. A little small with not much space between bed and walls. Toilet didn't flush one night, although next morning it was fixed. Wifi hard to stay connected to. There was a curfew at night, and was also a hassle getting in and out of the hotel as you needed someone to open door for you. Owner was frequently dry coughing too which wasn't that comforting to see during the current situation
